Jonathan possesses a solid track record successfully acquiring and managing commercial and residential real estate investments, including high profile transactions and signature properties in major U.S. markets. Zich provides consulting services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for the purpose of identifying cost saving and operational efficiencies in the management of the NASA-owned real estate. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Northern Group, Inc., responsible for the company’s overall nationwide operations, and acquisitions. As Managing Director of Lion & Lamm Capital LLC, he led the organization's acquisition, and management to 95% occupancy, of more than 6,000 multi-apartment units in the Southeast U.S and two major office building in New York City. He was a partner in the real estate law firm of Wohl Newman Zich and Entwistle, LLC in New York City. Mr. Zich holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from George Washington University. He is a licensed attorney.
